Sushi was originally fast food sold along the waterfront in Japan.Based in Glasgow and set up by two young men in their 20's to satisfy their own need for a ready supply of their favourite food.

 

They use local seafood, North Sea and farmed fish such as mackerel, salmon, prawn, and langoustine that is very fresh and vegetables that are locally grown.

 

The owners do not promote their food as organic

or employ 'greenwash', but believe in sustainability,

ie, buying locally, providing healthy food, using less energy.
